Mission

Our mission is simple — to leverage the web in new and useful ways that can both empower individuals to reach greater heights of knowledge and understanding as well as help organizations and communities thrive and prosper.

Principles

1. Never add more steps than are currently required to perform an action, and whenever possible, reduce the number of steps.

2. Conceptualize, design and code for maximum usefulness and usability.

3. Minimize waste — of goods, materials, time, ideas and energy.

4. People are sloppy — accept it, embrace it and exploit it in both form and function.

5. Build system rules into the user experience itself so training requirements are minimal.

6. Never allow legacy concerns, whether code or customer, to constrain improvements and innovation.

7. If you can't explain it, you can't sell it.
