Dave conceptualized and designed Emantix's first product release, HowDoYa.com, a "how-to" search site. Howdoya.com was created to prove out and validate the underlying semantic and linguistic methods of Emantix technology. Before Emantix, Dave was CEO of Contextware, which he founded in 2001. Contextware offered commercial and government organizations a highly innovative method for managing institutional knowledge, and among Dave's many innovations, a patented method that reinvented business process tools so that business processes could be modeled and managed over the internet using simple web interfaces. Prior to Contextware, Dave was responsible for branding, product marketing and usability engineering for a Kodak digital asset technology spin off. Before that, he was responsible for product management for the D. Appleton Company, an early leader in business process innovation. Dave has also worked in corporate marketing, for advertising agencies, and in film and video production. He holds a BA in Advertising from Drake University. Senthial Ramiah
In addition to being the co-founder of Emantix, Senthil currently serves as the CEO for Aileron Consulting, LLC, where he manages the day-to-day operations of his consulting firm. He is a seasoned leader with a strong management and technical background who has consistently and successfully delivered solutions to solve business problems. He has actively managed the professional development of personnel and the strategic growth of the organization. Senthil has provided consulting services to many vertical industries. Prior to Aileron he served as the Information Systems Director for a leading Healthcare company where he provided technical leadership to the firm's Disease Management and Behavioral Health programs. He was the architect of large transaction Internet applications while serving at CommerceOne. Senthil started his career as a Systems Engineer at Bell Atlantic, and holds a Masters degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. |
